Integrative Medicine may be a new term for many of us. We are familiar with "traditional medicine" and the care model associated with it, but the new approach in medicine today is care that incorporates both Western and Eastern philosophies. The University of Colorado Hospital now has a center for Integrative Medicine, offering both conventional and alternative medicine.
